NTT DATA and Microsoft amplify their efforts to increase the productivity of new digital workspaces by prioritizing the power of cloud solutions.

NTT DATA and Microsoft have announced the expansion of the alliance signed last December, with NTT Corporation, to co-create digital solutions through the IT leadership of the Japanese company that has bet on Azure as a platform in the cloud of confidence thanks to its power and flexibility. NTT DATA bases on it the key initiatives that support the co-innovation of AI technologies and a range of productive tools aimed at helping companies to efficiently manage their digital transformation, along with Microsoft 365 technologies in the cloud that include Microsoft Azure, Teams and Dynamics 365.
The key initiatives of the alliance are:

- The digital transformation of clients, with the empowerment of knowler, the knowledge management solution developed by everis, which manages to make the digital workplace more intelligent by providing the results with the most relevant, precise and updated information, achieving more efficiency, more productivity and more collaboration in the work environment.
Also the WinActor tool, for the automation of robotic processes.
Innovation in the way of working, providing a range of secure collaboration tools such as Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Teams, on which NTT DATA applies the best practices to increase results with the proposal of changes in the work style of customers, in all sectors of industry. - Capacity Building
The two companies will work together to transform and establish the organizational culture of NTT DATA to promote the development and use of NTT DATA’s digital capabilities, using various digital transformation cases that Microsoft has created around the world. In addition, NTT DATA plans to train approximately 10,000 employees worldwide qualified with digital technologies and Microsoft cloud related certifications, supporting customers’ digital transformation. - Technology for good
NTT DATA will explore Microsoft’s IA for Health philanthropy program, which enables the company to work to address some of the toughest challenges in global health. It will also focus on supporting the United Nations in meeting sustainable development goals in the areas of IA imaging.
