NTT Data

NTT Data has chosen everis knowler as its Smart Knowledge Management solution to evolve towards a Knowledge Driven Company. This ambitious bet counts on Microsoft as a perfect strategic partner for its development over Office 365. The first phase of production launch was located in the TIG area, offering improved functionalities through a search engine with keywords, as well as file cards of documents and employees. NTT Data will continue to deploy everis knowler between the different departments until reaching 11,000 employees during FY2019, and then continue with OpCos.

Employee profile

The search engine allows to search in natural language or by keywords. It allows to find between people and documents related to the performed search. For each one of the results, the user can access to their specific profile to find out more information.

It’s a network that allows to see the relationships between documents and employees. The navigation through this network is dynamic and in real time, since the user can access the connections of all the elements shown.

It contains all the available information about the employee: contact information, professional information, job history and certifications. Also allows to see the employee connections, as well as the related documents.

The result is an improvement in search information, operability and information channel. Time savings of at least 40% will be achieved in the preparation of commercial proposals and other management tasks, thanks to the connection between documents and people, and the speed in locating needed information.
