A new digital workspace for everis
On December 21, knowler was opened for the first time to real users. The opening took place to Zaragoza office made up by 320 employees at that date. This means that the application is already in production, is stable and can provide an adequate and optimal service to users. This fact is a milestone for the product, it represents the strengthening of the application and the beginning of the implementation within the company.
knowler will be progressively opened to more user groups, reaching the whole company during the year (more than 20,000 employees).
Currently, in this first version, users can try and use different product functionalities: relevant mails recommender, upcoming events in the agenda, important people of today, recent documents, connections with other employees… All this provides a new digital workspace (digital workplace) that allows sharing and accessing all the information and knowledge of the company.
Users will be able to use and enjoy new versions of the product later on, which will incorporate more functionalities and improvements than the existing ones.
This is only the beginning of what will be a cultural and organizational change in knowledge management, making it accessible to all, and being a source of value generation for the entire company.
