Enterprise Business Collaboration
Part of the knowler team attended the event held in Berlin on 19 and 20 November. It’s an annual event attended by several companies that are carrying out solutions and products related to knowledge management and digital work.
In these two days, we had the opportunity to find out about the challenges and opportunities in the sector, as well as the trends and news of business collaboration applications. There were several workshops, discussions and activities to discover and establish relationships with different companies.
We heard a lot about the importance of integrating with Office 365, as well as the problems involved in searching for information and the loss of time involved in many cases this search. Here is the importance of providing employees with a tool to manage all the knowledge in an organization, connecting it and generating new knowledge, thus making it valuable for employees. The use of graphs and Artificial Intelligence in these tools was also highlighted.
